The Universal Group of Companies have been offering sales and rental management since 1987.

The company originally opened offices in New Port Richey, Florida providing property management to a number of British homeowners needing someone to look after there properties whilst they were not there. Universal Vacations Inc. then began to work with large tour operators such as Virgin, British Airways & Unijet giving homeowners wishing to recoup some of the running cost involved in owing a second home a good return. After becoming a licensed realtor in the state, Universal Realty Inc. was then formed, offering prospective clients advice on all aspects of property purchase in Florida.

We now have a selected number of developments along the Gulf Coast with off plan and resale properties available, one of these is Cypress Preserve, our own development in New Port Richey. The project is a small community of just 29 town homes set in 21 acres of preserve. This development has already been taken on by tour operators Virgin and will be completed in 2008.

This has now lead us to collaborating with a large developer in Cyprus, who have been building around the Paphos region of the Island for some 20 years. The Universal Group of Companies have now been successfully selling properties for over three years and have made more than 400 sales. We can offer full sales advice, property management and rental to prospective clients.
